Returns
- We only accept returns for defective or incorrect products.
- Returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery and supported with clear photos sent to info@tegelplus.be.
- Tiles must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and undamaged.
- We do not accept returns for broken, chipped, or damaged tiles after delivery.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are possible if the product is defective or if you received the wrong product.
- All exchanges must be approved in advance by contacting us at +32 89 76 75 76 or info@tegelplus.be.
- Items must be brought or shipped back to our warehouse:

- No refunds are provided.
